3颗蛋,蛋黄蛋白分开
120克黄油,室温切块
250克凝乳酪
140克糖
20 克 自制香草糖
1/4茶匙 盐
200 克 牛奶
250 克 低筋面粉
1 茶匙 泡打粉

『做法』
1.插入蝴蝶棒,将蛋清放入主锅,以2分/速度4搅打。取下蝴蝶棒,将打发的蛋白倒入一个大碗内。
2.将黄油、凝乳酪、蛋黄、糖、自制香草糖和盐放入主锅,以1 分/速度4搅打。
3.加入牛奶、低筋面粉和泡打粉,以15秒/速度4搅打,倒入盛放蛋白的碗中并用刮刀棒小心搅拌均匀,将面团逐份地放入刷了油的华夫饼烤盘烘烤(每块华夫饼大约使用2½汤匙油),将烘烤好的华夫饼放在冷却架上放凉,冷却后撒上糖粉享用。

Direction
1. Insert the butterfly stick, put the egg white into the mixing bowl, and beat 2 min/speed 4. Remove the butterfly stick and pour the whipped egg whites into a large bowl.
2. Put butter, curd cheese, egg yolk, sugar, homemade vanilla sugar and salt in mixing bowl, and beat 1 min/speed 4.
3. Add milk, low-gluten flour and baking powder, beat at 15 seconds/speed 4, pour into a bowl of egg whites and stir evenly with a spatula. Put the dough into the oiled waffle portion by portion Bake on a baking tray (approximately 2½ tablespoons of oil is used for each waffle). Place the baked waffles on a cooling rack to cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar
