Terms & Conditions for Reward Points

I. Points Earning & Redemption

1. All online transactions (local and international) will earn points which are not transferable to any other person or entity.

2. Cardmembers may use their accumulated points to redeem up to 5% of the order amount.

3. The points redeemed is not applicable for limited time promotions, delivery, service, maintenance, finance charges and other miscellaneous charges.

4. Kitchen Arena reserves the right to change the redemption conversion rate with prior notice to members on the Kitchen Arena website or in any other manner we deem fit.

5. Kitchen Arena reserves the right to deduct or recompute any points earned to the member’s account for the purpose of correcting any errors or inaccuracies in the allocation of the points.

6. Points will be added to your reward balance after invoice created, each RM100.00 spent for your order will earn 1 Point, and each 1 Point can be redeemed for RM1.00.


II. Expiration of Points

1. All Kitchen Arena points will have a 1-year expiration period. Points earned in a particular month are valid until the end of first (1st) year of the calendar month. An example is given below:

For instance, points that are accumulated in the year 2017, between 1 August 2017 to 31 August 2017 will expire on 31 August 2018.

2. All points should be redeemed prior to the expiry date. There will be no extension period given to any expired points.
