This product can either be dosed automatically or manually depending on the specific requirements.
- When dosed manually, a predetermined amount of product should be poured down all kitchen drains that lead to the grease trap on a regular basis.
- For automatic dosing, a specialised dosing unit must be installed and set to dose the required amount of product regularly throughout each working day.
