INGREDIENTS
500g Peach gum (overnight)
soaked and cleaned peach
resins.
10g White fungus (soaked half an hour)
50g Dried longan
15 Red dates
15g Goji
150g Rock sugar
1.6litre Water
PREPARATION
1.Put all ingredients without peach gum into jug. (Reverse - speed 1 - 90'c - 30min)
2.Add peach gum (Reverse - stir - 90'c - 15min)
