1. What material that can be used inside?
If it is plastic, it must be high density type. Eg: polyethylene (HDPE), polypropylene (PP).
It should have recycle logo / microwable label at the plastic container.
Must have number "5" written. Otherwise not recommended.
Most of the time, do throw this question back to the supplier that provide frozen food. Make sure their container is microwavable.
NOTES : A big NO to aluminium foil. It can't be use in microwave!!
2. Paper based can use?
Generally all paper can put inside but better to have those with clean and white surface.
Prefer no brown paper or even with ink or printing to it.
