Features

  • 80 bamboo whisks
  • One cup can be made in 15 seconds
  • The tea you make has fine bubbles that spread all over
  • Comes with a bamboo whisk, two AA batteries, a white silicone ring (for the Resin whisk), and 3 rubber rings (to help other whisks fit into the Charaku)

How to prepare

  • Make sure the batteries are inserted well / the adapter is plugged in
  • Sift the Matcha powder into a tea bowl and pour the water in the bowl. Grab your Charaku but before you switch it on, gently mix the powder with the water moving the whisk in zig-zag pattern.
  • Make sure you have a firm grip on the Charaku, and switch it on. Keep the whisk in a vertical position, and do not press it onto the bottom of the bowl. Your matcha will be ready in several seconds. For thicker foam, whisk for a longer time.
  • When you achieved the required amount of foam, switch the Charaku off, and gently smooth out the bigger bubbles.

Cleaning

  • After use, dismantle the Charaku. Take out the whisk and wash gently under running water.
  • The Charaku’s Main Body is not waterproof. Do not wash or soak it in water. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth if necessary.
