Yogurt Cake 酸奶鸡蛋糕

『食材』

鸡蛋3个

酸奶200ml

玉米淀粉15g

低筋面粉60g

白砂糖20g

 

『做法』

1. 将3个鸡蛋打入碗中,加入200ml酸奶,15g玉米淀粉,60g低筋面粉20g白砂糖,搅打混合均匀,直到顺滑没有颗粒。

2. 容器中刷油方便脱模,把刚才混合好的蛋糊倒进去,铺上一些蔓越莓,也可以搭配一些其他的果干。

3. 用保鲜膜将容器包好,上面扎几个小洞,容器放入蒸锅中备用。

4. 主锅内加入500mL水,设置25分钟/120度/速度2,5分钟水开后,蒸锅架到主锅上,蒸熟即可。

Direction

1. Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add 200ml yogurt, 15g cornstarch, 60g low-gluten flour, 20g white sugar, beat and mix until smooth and no particles.

2. Brush the oil in the container for easy demoulding. Pour in the egg batter that has just been mixed, and spread some cranberries. You can also mix with some other dried fruits.

3. Wrap the container with plastic wrap, pierce a few small holes on it, and place the container in the steamer for use.

4. Add 500 mL of water to the mixing bowl, set 25 minutes/120 degrees/speed 2, 5 minutes after the water is boiled, place the steamer on the mixing bowl, and steam.
