Yam Cake 芋头糕

『食材』

少许 油, 多备一些刷油用

1700 克 水

200 克 芋头, 切丝

20 克 燕麦片

150 克 红薯粉

40 克 糖

 

 

『做法』

1.将烘焙纸刷上油后,铺入长方形模型,置于一旁备用。

2.将500克水放入主锅,置入辅助篮,将芋头放入辅助篮,以20分/120度/速度2蒸煮,利用刮刀棒辅助将辅助篮取出。清空主锅。

3.将燕麦片、红薯粉、糖和200克水放入主锅,以30 秒/速度 3混合。

4.加入蒸过的芋头,以10 秒/速度 2混合,倒入模型内,将模型放入蒸锅内备用。

5.将1000克水放入主锅,架上蒸锅,以55分/120度/速度2蒸煮,取下蒸锅,待冷卻至室温后,即可切块享用。

20 g oatmeal

150 g sweet potato flour

40 g sugar

Direction

1. After oiling the baking paper, spread it into the rectangular model and set it aside.

2. Put 500 grams of water into the main pot, put into the auxiliary basket, put the taro into the auxiliary basket, steam at 20 min/120 degrees/speed 2, and use the spatula to assist in taking out the auxiliary basket. Empty the mixing bowl.

3. Put the oatmeal, sweet potato flour, sugar and 200 grams of water into the mixing bowl and mix at 30 seconds/speed 3.

4. Add the steamed taro, mix at 10 seconds/speed 2, pour into the mold, and put the mold in the steamer for use.

5. Put 1000 grams of water into the main pot, set the steamer, and steam at 55 min/120 degrees/speed 2. Remove the steamer and wait until it has cooled to room temperature, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
