燕麦米20克

黑米20克

红米20克

薏仁米20克

糙米20克

红冰糖1匙

去核大枣10克

水500毫升

 

『做法』

1.将燕麦米、黑米、红米、薏仁米用水浸泡2小时 备用。

2.主锅中加入水、泡好的燕麦米、黑米、红米、薏仁米,以110度/40分钟/逆转小勺 烹煮。

3.加入板栗、大枣、红冰糖,以110度/30分钟,煮熟。

4.出锅,可适当加入糖调味。

 Direction

  1. Soak oat rice, black rice, red rice, and barley rice in water for 2 hours.
