Vegetble Tofu Soap with Pork Belly 蔬菜肉片豆腐汤

『食材』

豆腐200克

猪肉150克

蘑菇50克

青菜50克

西红柿50克

黄瓜50克

淀粉15克

葱花10克

盐适量

 

 

『做法』

1、将肉片中放入淀粉搅拌均匀。

2、锅中加入水,以120度/5分钟/逆转/速度1,烧开。

2、主锅中放入猪肉、蘑菇,以120度/3分钟/逆转/速度1 烹煮。

3、加入豆腐、黄瓜、西红柿,以120度/4分钟/逆转/小勺 煮熟。

4、锅中加入青菜、盐,以120度/1分钟/逆转/速度1 煮熟。

5、出锅撒上葱花。

200g tofu

150g pork

50 grams of mushrooms

50 grams of greens

50 grams of tomatoes

Cucumber 50g

Starch 15 grams

10 g chopped green onion

Direction

  1. Put the starch into the meat and stir evenly.
  2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil at 120 degrees/5 minutes/reverse/speed 1.
  3. Put pork and mushrooms in the mixing bowl and cook at 120°C/3 minutes/reverse/speed 1.
  4. Add tofu, cucumber and tomatoes, and cook at 120°C/4 minutes/reverse/tsp.
  5. Add green vegetables and salt to the pot and cook at 120°C/1 minute/reverse/speed 1.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
