INGREDIENTS

500mL Fresh Cream

Setting :

Throw away the remaining water and squeeze the remaining water out of the solidified butter.

Seal the butter and refrigerate it.

Tip :

The first lactation separated from whipped cream is buttermilk. It's good for other cooking and baking.

Put fresh cream in the cooking container and whip quickly. Close 12 minutes 0°C 5

Remove the separated whey, and stick the butter together. With very cold water
When whipping.

Close 1 minute 0°C 5
