Tauhu Berlauk

Tauhu Berlauk

Bahan-bahan:

2 keping dada ayam
5 ketul tauhu jepun
4 ketul tauhu basah
5 biji telur (2 biji dikisar, 3 biji untuk dicelup)
Daun sup (dihiris)
Daun bawang (dihiris)
Lobak merah (diparut)
Sedikit lada sulah


Cara memasak:

1. Kisarkan dada ayam selama 10 saat TURBO.

2. Seterusny masukkan tauhu jepun, tauhu basah dan telur. Kisarkan selama 20 saat / Kelajuan 6.

3. Masukkan daun sup, daun bawang, lobak merah dan sedikit lada sulah. Gaulkan selama 5 minit / Reverse / Kelajuan 3.

4. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan yang bersesuaian. Kukuskan selama 15 minit / Suhu 120 ℃ / Kelajuan 2.

5. Keluarkan dari acuan dan celupkan dengan telur. Akhir sekali, gorengkan sehingga garing.

6. Hidangkan bersama sambal kicap atau sos cili. 


Ingredients:

 

2 pieces of chicken breast
5 pieces of Japanese tofu
4 pieces of tofu
5 eggs (2 for blend, 3 for dip)
Parsley (sliced)
Spring onion (sliced)
Carrots (grated)
A little pepper


Cooking method:

 

1. Blend the chicken breast for 10 seconds TURBO.
2. Next, add the Japanese tofu, tofu and eggs. Blend for 20 seconds / Speed 6.
3. Add the parsley, spring onion, carrots and a little pepper. Stir for 5 minutes / Reverse / Speed 3.
4. Pour into a suitable mold. Steam for 15 minutes / Temperature 120 ℃ / Speed 2.
5. Remove from the mold and dip in the egg. Finally, fry until crisp.
6. Serve with sambal kicap or chilli sauce.
