Tapenade Pasta

INGREDIENTS

100g Twirl Pasta

5g Salt

15g Oil

20g Garlic

20g Black Olive

30g Sun-Dried Cherry Tomato

10g Fresh Anchovy

40g Onion, sliced

10g Butter, cubes

INSTRUCTION

Boil 1 litre of water inside Allda bowl with salt and oil.

Pour the pasta into the boiling water, cook at Steam for 8 minutes on Reverse + Stir.

Strain away the water with Allda basket.

Add garlic, black olive, sun-dried cherry tomato and anchovy into the Allda bowl, blend them at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

Add sliced onion and butter, fragrance them at 100°C for 2 minutes with Reverse + Speed 1

Add in the cooked pasta, cook with Reverse + Speed 1 at 100°C for 2 minutes.

Season salt and pepper to taste.
