『做法』
1.将五花肉放入主锅,以8分/120℃/反转/速度2拌炒,倒入碗内备用。
2.将油、蒜头、姜、豆豉、剁椒和新鲜红辣椒放入主锅,以3分/120℃/速度1爆香。
3.加入炒好的五花肉、新鲜青辣椒、生抽和料酒,不需盖上量杯,以6分/120℃/反转/速度小勺拌炒,盛盘后即可享用。

Direction
- Put the pork belly in the mixing bowl, stir fry at 8 min/120°C/reverse/speed 2, pour it into a bowl and set aside.
