Stir-Fry Pork Belly 农家小炒肉

『食材』

200克五花肉,切薄片

10克油

2蒜头,切片

2片姜

1茶匙豆豉

15克剁椒

1支新鲜红辣,切段

100克新鲜青辣椒,切段(约4根)

15克生抽

10克料酒

 

『做法』

1.将五花肉放入主锅,以8分/120℃/反转/速度2拌炒,倒入碗内备用。

2.将油、蒜头、姜、豆豉、剁椒和新鲜红辣椒放入主锅,以3分/120℃/速度1爆香。

3.加入炒好的五花肉、新鲜青辣椒、生抽和料酒,不需盖上量杯,以6分/120℃/反转/速度小勺拌炒,盛盘后即可享用。

200g pork belly, thinly sliced

10 grams of oil

2 garlic cloves, sliced

2 slices ginger

1 teaspoon tempeh

15 g chopped pepper

1 stick fresh red spicy, cut into sections

100g fresh green chilies, cut into sections (about 4 pieces)

15g light soy sauce

10 grams of cooking wine

 

Direction

  1. Put the pork belly in the mixing bowl, stir fry at 8 min/120°C/reverse/speed 2, pour it into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Put the oil, garlic, ginger, tempeh, chopped pepper and fresh red pepper in mixing bowl, and saute at 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  3. Add the fried pork belly, fresh green chili, light soy sauce and cooking wine without covering the measuring cup, stir fry at 6 min/120℃/reverse speed/speed small spoon, serve after serving.
