Stir Duck in Beer 啤酒鸭

『食材』

10克油

10克姜,切片

3蒜头,拍扁

30克京葱,切段

2个八角

2支干辣椒,切段

800克鸭腿,切块,5×5厘米

15克老抽

30克生抽

1茶匙盐

2茶匙糖

300克啤酒

 

『做法』

1.将油、姜、蒜头、京葱、八角和干辣椒放入主锅,以3分/120°C/速度1爆香。

2.加入鸭腿,以5分/120°C/反转/速度小勺拌炒。

3.加入老抽、生抽、盐、糖和啤酒,以20分/100℃/反转/速度小勺烹煮。

4.取下量杯,再以15分/120°C/反转/速度小勺收汁,趁热享用。

15g dark soy sauce

30g light soy sauce

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

300 grams of beer

 

 Direction

  1. Put oil, ginger, garlic, Chinese onion, star anise and dried chili in mixing bowl and saute 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
  2. Add duck legs and stir fry at 5 min/120°C/reverse speed/speed small spoon.
  3. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and beer, and cook at 20 min/100°C/reverse/speed small spoon.
  4. Remove the measuring cup, then collect the juice at 15 minutes/120°C/reverse speed/speed small spoon, and enjoy while hot.
