『做法』
1.将油、姜、蒜头、京葱、八角和干辣椒放入主锅,以3分/120°C/速度1爆香。
2.加入鸭腿,以5分/120°C/反转/速度小勺拌炒。
3.加入老抽、生抽、盐、糖和啤酒,以20分/100℃/反转/速度小勺烹煮。
4.取下量杯,再以15分/120°C/反转/速度小勺收汁,趁热享用。

Direction
- Put oil, ginger, garlic, Chinese onion, star anise and dried chili in mixing bowl and saute 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Add duck legs and stir fry at 5 min/120°C/reverse speed/speed small spoon.
- Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and beer, and cook at 20 min/100°C/reverse/speed small spoon.
- Remove the measuring cup, then collect the juice at 15 minutes/120°C/reverse speed/speed small spoon, and enjoy while hot.
