Stewed Chicken with Ginger and Wine in Casserole 三杯鸡

材料:

400克鸡翅

1茶匙盐

1小白胡椒粉

30克黑芝麻油

10克姜,切块

6.8瓣蒜头

40克米酒

1茶匙老抽

45克酱油膏

10克糖

10克九层塔

 

做法:

1. 取一个碗放在主锅盖上,在碗内加入帶皮鸡腿,盐和白胡椒粉,取下混合拌匀腌制至少10分钟备用。

2. 将黑芝麻油,姜和蒜头放入主锅,以3分/110。底速度1爆香。

3.加入施制后的鸡腿,以高温模式爆香。

4.加入米酒,老抽,蠡油膏和糖,不需盖上量杯,以5分/ 110c /速度7拌炒。

5.加入九层塔,以1分/ 110c /度/ 1拌炒,盛入内,即可享用。
