Steamed Scallop Vermicelli 扇贝粉丝蒸

食材:

扇贝-6粒

绿豆粉丝适量

蒜蓉-少许

辣椒少许

葱-少许

蒸鱼豉油-1茶匙

花生油-少许

 

做法:

將扇贝内放入鋪有烘焙紙的蒸盤内,將水放入主鍋,架上蒸鍋組,以15-20分/ 110C /速度1蒸煮,趁熱享用。

Ingredients:

Scallops-6 pieces

Mung bean vermicelli - moderate

A pinch of garlic minced

A little of chili

A pinch of Shallots

1 tsp Steamed fish soy sauce

A little of peanut oil

 

Direction:

Put the scallops in a steaming dish lined with baking paper, pour water into the mixing bowl, set the steamer set, cook at 15-20 min/110C/speed 1, and enjoy while hot.
