『做法』
1.蟹切小块后用淀粉包裹备用。
2.将葱、姜、蒜头、干辣椒、洋葱、辣椒酱和油放入主锅,以3分/120度/速度1爆香。
3.加入蘸过淀粉的青蟹、生抽、料酒、和糖,以7分钟/120度/反转速度1拌炒。
4.加入芹菜,以30秒/120度/反转速度1拌炒,盛盘后撒上香菜,即可享用。

Direction
1. Cut the crab into small pieces and wrap it with starch.
2. Put green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, onion, chili sauce and oil in mixing bowl, and saute at 3 min/120 degrees/speed 1.
3. Add the blue crab dipped in starch, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar, stir fry at 7 minutes/120 degrees/reverse speed 1.
4. Add celery, stir-fry at 30 seconds/120 degrees/reverse speed 1, sprinkle coriander on the plate, and enjoy.
