Ingredients
200g Soy bean
1600ml Water
3pcs Pandan leaves
80g Rock sugar
Direction
1. Soak soy beans into water 4 hours.
2. Soy beans, 400ml water (1 min / 8 speed)
3. Add in rock sugar, pandan knot, remaining water (20 min / 90°C / 2 speed)
4. Strain the blended mixture using a nut milk bag.
