『做法』
1.将排骨放入辅助篮,置入主锅中,主锅内加入没过排骨的水,设置50度/5分钟/速度5进行清洗。
2.主锅加油,八角,桂皮,香叶,姜片,3分钟/120度/逆转/小勺爆香。
3.加入排骨和料酒,5分钟/120度/逆转/小勺煸炒一下。
4.加入豆角,生抽,老抽,蚝油, 20分钟/120度/逆转/小勺烹煮。时间到了再加土豆块,增加10分钟,120度/逆转/小勺继续烹煮即可。
