Simmered Pork Rib with Potato 排骨豆角炖土豆

『食材』

300克 排骨

300克 土豆

200克 豆角

30克 橄榄油

姜片2片

八角2个

桂皮一小块

香叶2片

20克 料酒

15克 生抽

10克 老抽

10克 蚝油

 

『做法』

1.将排骨放入辅助篮,置入主锅中,主锅内加入没过排骨的水,设置50度/5分钟/速度5进行清洗。

2.主锅加油,八角,桂皮,香叶,姜片,3分钟/120度/逆转/小勺爆香。

3.加入排骨和料酒,5分钟/120度/逆转/小勺煸炒一下。

4.加入豆角,生抽,老抽,蚝油, 20分钟/120度/逆转/小勺烹煮。时间到了再加土豆块,增加10分钟,120度/逆转/小勺继续烹煮即可。

 Direction

2. Add oil to the mixing bowl, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger slices, 3 minutes / 120 degrees / reverse / small spoon saute.

 

3. Add ribs and cooking wine, stir-fry for 5 minutes/120 degrees/reverse/small spoon.

 

4. Add beans, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cook for 20 minutes/120 degrees/reversal/tsp. When time is up, add potato cubes, add 10 minutes, 120 degrees/reverse/spoon and continue cooking.
