Simmered Chicken with Chinese Chestnut 板栗炖鸡

『食材』

10克姜,切片

2个八角

1茶匙花椒粉,或自制花椒粉(可选的)

10克油

500克鸡,切大块(5厘米)

300克去壳熟栗子肉

10克老抽

30克生抽

3克盐

10克糖

200克水

2根葱,切段,装饰用

 

『做法』

1、将姜、八角、花椒粉和油放入主锅,以3分/120℃/速度小勺爆香。

2、加入鸡,以5分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。

3、加入去壳熟栗子肉、老抽、生抽、盐、糖和水,以20分/120℃/逆转/速度小勺收汁,不需盖上量杯,盛盘后以葱段装饰,趁热享用。

2 star anise

1 teaspoon pepper powder, or homemade pepper powder (optional)

10 grams of oil

500g chicken, cut into large pieces (5 cm)

300 g shelled cooked chestnut meat

10g dark soy sauce

30g light soy sauce

3g salt

10g sugar

200g water

2 green onions, cut into sections, for garnish

 

 Direction

1. Put the ginger, star anise, pepper powder and oil in the mixing bowl, and saute at 3 min/120℃/speed small spoon.

 

2. Add chicken and stir fry at 5 min/120℃/reverse/speed small spoon.

 

3. Add shelled cooked chestnut meat, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and water, and collect the juice at 20 min/120℃/reversal/speed teaspoon. No need to cover the measuring cup. Decorate with green onions after serving. Serve hot.
