Ingredient:

4kg of radish,

200g of chives,

1 cup of red pepper powder,

100g of seasoned rice,

20g of dried peppers,

100g of garlic,

80g of salted shrimp and anchovy sauce.

To prepare:

Slice the radish flat, marinate it in sugar, salt, and rice for 2 hours, then drain. Mix it with chili powder.
