『食材』

鸡肉500克(切块)

蒜3瓣

新鲜辣椒10克

姜10克

芝麻油10克

黄酒20克

冰糖10克

老抽15克

酱油10克

新鲜九层塔10克

 

『做法』

1、辅助篮里放入鸡肉,加入水,以50度/5分钟/速度5清洗。

2、锅中加入蒜,以5秒/速度5 打碎。

3、加入姜、辣椒、芝麻油,以120度/2分钟/速度1爆香。

4、加入鸡块,以120度/15分钟/逆转/小勺 炒制。

5、加入黄酒、老抽、酱油、冰糖,以120度/10分钟/逆转/小勺 炒制,最后五分钟取下量杯盖收汁。

6、加入九层塔,以120度/1分钟/逆转/小勺,炒制,即可。
