INGREDIENTS

300g Red Bean

1600g Water

4 pieces Pandan Leaves

180g Sugar

20g Sagu

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the beans in water for at least 6 hours or (overnight).

Water, red beans and pandan leaves cook for 90 mins, Speed: 100, Reverse Blade.

Remove pandan leaves, add in sugar and blend until fine, 1 min, Speed: 6-8.

Add in soaked sago to cook. 15 mins, Speed 110, Reverse Blade.

Optional: Serve with coconut Milk
