『食材』

200g (没泡的)红豆

1100ml水

100g 泡好的大米

适量的糖和盐

 

『做法』

1.把刀片插入烹饪容器后倒入红豆和水800ml。

2.把大米铺平在蒸器内,盖上盖。

3.以110度/30分钟/速度2同时把红豆和大米做熟。

4.烹饪容器内放入熟米,糖,盐,水(300ml)。

5.根据食材状态和量,调节烹饪时间和水量。

6.以100度/25分钟/速度2一直煮到大米熟透即可

7.也可以把做好的糯米团放进粥里。
