Red Bean Paste

INGREDIENTS

200g Red Bean, soaked

1 litre Water

80g Brown Sugar

2g Salt

INSTRUCTION

Pour the water and red bean into the bowl, cook at Steam with Speed 2 for 30 minutes.

Insert the basket, strain some of the water away and remain some for easier blending.

Blend until smooth with Speed 10 for 15 seconds.

Add in sugar and salt, mix it at Speed 2 for 1 minute.
