Pumpkin Soup

INGREDIENTS

50g Butter

50g Onion

150g Potato, cubes

500g Pumpkin, cubes

500g Vegetable Stock

INSTRUCTION

Chop the onion using Speed 5 for 5 seconds in the bowl. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add in the butter, sweat the onion until fragrant using 110°C at Stir for 10 minutes.

Pour in the remaining ingredients into the bowl and cook them at 110°C using Speed 2 for 20 minutes.

Blend the mixture at Speed 10 for 30 seconds.
