『食材』

400g猪皮

800克开水

适量盐

3-4片姜

3-4节葱段

4-5瓣蒜

30克生抽

20克老抽

15克糖

5克醋

 

『做法』

1.把肉皮清洗干净,在主锅内加650克开水 ,6分钟 / 120度  / 速度小勺。

2.肉皮取出把多余的油刮去,切成长3厘米、厚4毫米左右的条形。

3.主锅加入处理好的猪皮、800克开水、适量盐、3-4片姜、3-4节葱段、4-5瓣蒜、30克生抽、20克老抽、15克糖、5克醋 、30分钟 / 100度  / 速度小勺。

4.煮好后倒入容器把葱姜挑出来 , 放凉后入冰箱冷藏三小时以上。

5.取出切片, 用辣椒油,香菜,香油,醋等随意调味,即可享用
