鲍鱼汁 3汤匙

上汤 500g

黑酱油  少许

 

做法

酱油和姜丝,蒜末放入主锅,以 3分 / 110C / 速度1 爆香

加入500ml水和冬菇,鱼鰾以8分 / 110C / 反转刀 / 速度1

加入所有海鲜和蔬菜类以3分 / 110C / 反转刀 / 速度1 烹煮

Fish Maw 200g

Tiger shrimp 600g

Fresh oyster 500g

Large octopus 300g

Abalone 5pcs

Abalone slices 1 pack

8 extra large scallops

 

Sauce

3 tablespoons of abalone juice

Soup 500g

Dark soy sauce

 

Direction

Put soy sauce, ginger, and minced garlic in mixing bowl, saute 3 min / 110C / speed 1

Add 500ml of water and mushrooms, and fish maw at 8 minutes / 110C / reverse knife / speed 1

Add all seafood and vegetables and cook 3 minutes / 110C / reverse knife / speed 1
