10克银耳

10克枸杞

1000克水

500克梨,切块

20克冰糖

 

 

『做法』

1、将水、泡发的银耳和浸泡过的枸杞放入主锅,以20分/100℃/速度小勺烹煮。

2、加入梨和冰糖,以60分/100℃/速度小勺烹煮,冷食热食皆可。

 

Ingredients

10 grams wolfberry

1000 grams of water

500 g pears, cut into pieces

20 g rock sugar

 

Direction

1. Put water, soaked white fungus and soaked wolfberry in mixing bowl, cook at 20 min/100℃/speed small spoon.

 

2. Add pears and rock sugar, cook at 60 min/100℃/speed small spoon, both cold and hot.
