『做法』

1、将50克黄油放入主锅中,以1分钟/70度/速度3 融化。

2、加入牛奶、鸡蛋、糖、面粉、泡打粉、盐,以10秒/速度5混合 。

3、在煎锅中加入适量黄油,加热,倒入1勺面糊煎制1分钟左右翻面,继续煎制两面金黄,将剩余面糊反复操作即可。
