Oreo Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

1. Base
150g digestive biscuits
60g melted butter

2. top
220g melted white chocolate
300g cheese
200ml whipping cream
5pcs oreo

PREPERATION

1. Mix in Digestive Biscuits & melted butter(1 Min, Speed 4)

2. Pour cookie crumbs into mold and press tightly.

3. Place cookie moldings into freezer for 5 minutes.

4. In the meantime, pour whipping cream, cheese mixture and white chocolates into jug and mix well. (Temp 50C, 1 Min, Speed 4)

5. Pour cheese mixture on top of the cookie crumb base. (Can add on few pcs of orea in the middle)

6. Put on some orea crumbs and chill for at least 5-6 hours/overnight.
