Naan Bread with Cumin & Shallot

INGREDIENTS

225g Bread Flour

3g Sugar

3g Salt

3g Yeast

60g Water

15 Oil

100g Greek Yoghurt

15g Fried Shallot

3g Cumin Seeds

INSTRUCTION

Pre-heat air fryer machine to 230°C. 

Mix all the ingredients in the Allda bowl at Speed 3 for 20 seconds.

Press Dough and knead for 5 minutes.

Transfer into a mixing bowl, wrap and let if proof for 2 to 4 hours or until double in size.

Punch down and portion to 4 numbers of dough. Roll out each dough into 15 x 15cm wide.

Bake the 3 minutes for each surface of the naan.
