Mutton Soap 清炖羊肉汤

『食材』

羊肉 700g

姜 3-5片花椒

 一小把葱段

一小把白萝卜切块

 半根香菜,葱花调味用

 

『做法』

1.羊肉先放辅助篮里,加水到最高水位,设定5分钟/50度/速度5,先把羊肉焯水去腥味,洗好的羊肉放入主锅

2.加入花椒,葱段和姜片,然后加水到最高水位,盖上盖子和量杯盖,设定60分钟/100度/反转小勺

3.加入切块的白萝卜,然后再设定30分钟/100度/反转小勺

4.煮好的羊肉汤,记加盐调味

5.盛出锅加一大把葱花和香菜

A small handful of white radish cut into pieces

 Half a coriander, chopped green onion for seasoning

 

Direction
