Mulled Wine 热红酒

『食材』

1 个 苹果, 洗净,切片

1 个 橙, 洗净,切片

1/2个 柠檬, 洗净,切片

50 - 80 克 冰糖

1 根 肉桂棒

3 个 丁香

750 克 红葡萄酒

 

『做法』

将苹果、橙、柠檬、冰糖、肉桂棒、丁香和红葡萄酒放入主锅,以15 分/100°C/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,热饮冷饮皆可享用。


Ingredients

1 apple, washed and sliced

1 orange, washed and sliced

1/2 lemon, washed and sliced

50-80 g rock sugar

1 cinnamon stick

3 cloves

750 g red wine

Direction

Put apples, oranges, lemons, rock sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and red wine in mixing bowl and cook at 15 min/100°C/reversal/speed teaspoon. Enjoy both hot and cold drinks.
