INGREDIENTS

2 limes (100 g)

5g mint leaves (20-25 sheets)

(White) 30 ml of rum (2 tablespoons)

500 ml of sparkling water (or cider)

3 tablespoons of sugar (or syrup)

200g ice (13~15)



INSTRUCTION

To Prepare:

• Lime is washed cleanly topping lime into slices. Cut 2~4 pieces and divide the other into 2 parts for easy grinding.

• Mint leaves are washed with running water to wipe dry and topping (10 sheets). It is divided into crushing (remainder).


Cooking:

1. Put ice, sliced lime for topping and mint in a glass.
