INGREDIENTS
Strawberry - 6 nos.
Heavy cream - 200ml
Confection sugar - 1
tablespoon
Tulip chocolate - 12 nos
STEPS
1. Cut the hulled side of strawberry so they can stand up on plate, slice the tip off each strawberry to make a hat. Set aside
2. Add heavy cream and sugar into pot and beat soft peak form. Spoon a whipped cream and lift straight up, cream will form soft mounds.

3. Spoon a large dollop of whipped cream on top of strawberry base for the face and beard. Set the hat atop the face. Add a dot of whipped cream, pipping or using a tooth pick on too of the hat. And 2 dots on the strawberry base for button. Place 2 sprinkles chocolate or tulip chocolate for eyes.
