Minced Chicken with Salted Fish

INGREDIENTS

200g Chicken Thigh

2 Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced

20g Salted Fish

10g Garlic

10g Ginger

10g Soy Sauce

15g Shao Xing Wine

5g Sesame Oil

3g Sugar

1g Salt

1g White Pepper

5g Corn Flour

15g Water

5g Oil

INSTRUCTION

Place garlic and ginger into Allda bowl, chop them at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

Add in chicken, mince it using Turbo for 2 seconds.

Add in all remaining ingredients, mix it at Speed 2 for 10 seconds.

Transfer to a shallow bowl and flatten evenly, then place it inside Allda steaming bowl. 

Fill the Allda bowl with 1 litre of water, place Allda steaming bowl on top. Cook with Steam at Speed 3 for 20 minutes.
