INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato - 2
nos Butter - 50gram
Hazelnut milk - 200ml
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
STEPS
1. Boil sweet potato (peeled) till soft

Speed - Stir (blade off)
2. Strain off the water, remain sweet potato in pot, add in butter, salt and sugar and blend. While blending slowly add in milk till desire texture
