Mango Sago Grapefruit Dessert杨枝甘露

材料

1000克 水

100克 西米(切块)

300克 芒果(切块)

600毫升 椰奶

40克 冰糖

100克 西柚(剥皮切块)

做法

1 将水放入主锅,以120度/8分钟/速度1煮沸。

  放入西米,以110度/30分钟/逆转/小勺煮熟。

 

2 将煮好的西米倒入辅助篮过滤冲洗。

   锅中加入糖,以10秒/速度10打碎,加入150克芒果、椰奶以30秒/速度7 搅打。

 

3 加入西米、西柚,以10秒/速度2混合。

 

4 加入150克芒果,取出放入大碗内,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。

  取出,撒上少许葡萄柚即可。


【Ingredients】

1000g water

100 g sago (cut into pieces)

300g mango (cut into pieces)

600ml coconut milk

40g rock sugar

100 g grapefruit (peeled and cut into pieces)

【Direction】

1 Put water in mixing bowl and boil at 120°C/8 minutes/speed 1.

Add sago and cook at 110 degrees/30 minutes/reverse/small spoon.

2 Pour the cooked sago into the auxiliary basket, filter and rinse.

Add sugar to the pot, break at 10 seconds/speed 10, add 150 g of mango and coconut milk, and beat at 30 seconds/speed 7.

3 Add sago and grapefruit and mix at 10 seconds/speed 2.

4 Add 150 grams of mangoes, take them out and put them in a large bowl, put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Take it out and sprinkle a little grapefruit on it.
