INGREDIENTS

20g Butter

120g Glutinous Rice Flour

30g Corn Starch

30g Icing Sugar

100g Milk

100g Coconut Milk

500g Water (for steaming)

Mango (medium size, peel the skin and cut to piece)

2 tablespoon Shredded Coconut

Tip :

Wrap the mango inside the Glutinouse Rice, roll on the shredded coconut, it's done

Cooking Method cover title temperature speed Add

Put butter into cooking container  to melt

Open 2 minutes 80°C 2

Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Icing Sugar, Milk & Coconut Milk

Close 30 seconds 80°C 6

Pour to a plate and wash the cooking container

Open wash

Put water into cooking container, put the steamer on, put plate on the steamer and steam

Close 35 minutes 120°C 2
