Lotus Seed Paste 莲蓉馅

『食材』

新鲜莲子500克

细砂糖100克

猪油80克

 

『做法』

1.买回来的新鲜莲子去芯,洗净

2.主容器中加入水,放蒸锅,30分钟120度/速度2,蒸熟

3.蒸好的莲子放主锅,turbo键(瞬间动作)2秒,打两次,然后把锅壁的莲子用刮刀刮下去,这样重复,可以一共打十次

4.加油加糖,30秒速度10, 打一次,打开锅盖用刮刀把锅壁的莲蓉刮下去,再打一次,30秒速度10

5.看一下这个状态够细腻了,就20分钟/120度/速度3,炒到成团即可。

如果觉得口味不够甜的话,也可以再拌入一些糖

Direction

5. Check that the state is delicate enough, just 20 minutes/120 degrees/speed 3, fry until it becomes a dough.

 

If the taste is not sweet enough, you can also mix in some sugar
