Logan Steamed Cake 龙眼发糕

INGREDIENTS

90g Logan Sugar

150g Water

125g Cake Flour

5g Baking Powder

INSTRUCTION

Place logan sugar and water into Allda bowl, dissolve the sugar with 100°C at Speed 1 for 2 minutes.

Set aside and let it cool.

Add in the remaining ingredients, mix with Speed 3 for 10 seconds.

Pour each cupcakes mould up to 70% full with the mixture, then arrange inside Allda steaming bowl.

Fill 1 litre of water inside Allda bowl and place Allda steaming bowl on top of it, Steam it at Speed 3 for 15 minutes.
