Kimchi seasoning

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage (2-3 kg) Slice

100g of Red Pepper Powder

100g of Red Pepper

1 Onion (150g)

100g Pear (juice)

(mixed) 50g of Garlic (3 1/2 tablespoons)

10g of Ginger

50g of Salted Shrimp

40g of Salted Fish

(saltiness might be differ, may adjust on your own prefernece)

Rice (or porridge) 80 to 100g

1 cup of water (or broth) (200ml)

To prepare :

Cut red pepper, onion, ginger, and pear into easy sizes

Put the blade in the cooker and put rice and water (or broth) into the cooker.

*When making glutinous rice paste, put the blade in the cooking container, 1 cup of water, and glutinous rice flour.
Add 2 tablespoons and cook at 100 degrees / 3 minutes / speed 3, set aside and let it cold.

Add all ingredients and beat

Pour the seasoning and mix evenly on pickled cabbage.
*Mix vegetables such as radish, chives, and onions with the seasoning
and mix them with cabbage.
