500克水

60克奶粉

2汤匙炼乳

2颗蛋黄

30克糖

20克玉米淀粉



Ingredients

500g water

60g milk powder

2 tablespoons condensed milk

2 egg yolks

30g sugar

20 grams corn starch

将水、奶粉、炼乳、蛋黄、糖和玉米淀粉放入主锅,混合。

Put water, milk powder, condensed milk, egg yolk, sugar and corn starch in mixing bowl and mix.

再烹煮。

Cook again.
10 minutes 90°C 3
将烹煮后的液体倒入冰棍模具中,待放凉后置入冰箱冷冻6小时以上,直到冰棍变硬,脱模后即可享用。

Pour the cooked liquid into the popsicle mold, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for more than 6 hours after cooling, until the popsicle is hard, you can enjoy it after unmolding.
