Green Tea Cookies

INGREDIENTS

115g Butter, melted

115g Brown Sugar

60g White Sugar

1g Salt

1 Egg

3g Vanilla Essence

150g All Purpose Flour

12g Green Tea Powder

2g Baking Soda

70g White Chocolate

INSTRUCTION

Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.

Put the butter into Allda bowl, melt it at 50°C for 2 minutes at Speed 1.

Add in all sugar and salt, mix it at Speed 3 for 15 seconds.

Add in egg and vanilla essence, mix it at Speed 3 for 15 seconds.

Add in all dry ingredients, mix it at Speed 2 for 20 seconds.

Transfer into container/bowl, wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.

Remove from the fridge, using an ice-cream scooper, scoop the batter and portion 30g on baking tray with parchment paper.

Bake for 13 minutes.
