Green Lantern

You can eat when you have no energy and taste.
Full of vitamins! Good for fatigue recovery.

Ingredient:

30 g Italian parsley

60 g sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup of water (200 mL)

For dilution:

Diluted carbonated water or wine 280 mL, ice tastes best

Setting:

Add ice to the cup, add the ground juice, and pour sparkling water.

Tip:

You can drink it as a cocktail with 2 teaspoons of gin or vodka.
