10g Garlic
10g Ginger
20g Shallot
30g Oil
5g Dried Shrimp
10 Curry Leaves
1 Dried Chili, soaked
2g Curry Powder
15g Fermented Bean Paste
10g Sugar
15g Water
5g Light Soy Sauce
2g Dark Soy Sauce
15g Oyster Sauce
150g Clam, washed
INSTRUCTION
Place garlic, ginger and shallot into Allda bowl, chop them at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Add oil, dried shrimp, curry leaf, dried chili and curry powder, fragrant them using 100°C for 3 minutes with Stir.
Add in the remaining ingredients except clams, cook them with Stir using 100°C for 1 minute.
Add in clams, cook with Reverse + Speed 1 using Steam for 3 minutes without Measuring Cup.
