Garlic Cucumber 蒜泥黄瓜

蒜泥黄瓜是一道色香味俱全的菜

此菜清脆爽口

适宜夏季食用的凉菜

主料为黄瓜,取材方便

做法简单,适宜大众口味

 

主要食材

黄瓜500g

蒜20g

麻油10g

盐1勺匙

味精1勺匙

 

『做法』:

1、将黄瓜洗净拍切成段(3cm左右),加入盐、味精、麻油进行腌制10分钟。

2、将蒜加入主锅内,以5秒/速度5打碎,加入腌制好的黄瓜至主锅内,再进行搅拌,装盘即可。

 

Ingredients :

Cucumber 500g

20g garlic

10g sesame oil

1 tablespoon of salt

1 spoon of MSG

Direction:

1. Wash and pat the cucumber into sections (about 3cm), add salt, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

2. Add garlic to the mixing bowl, smash it at 5 seconds/speed 5. Add the pickled cucumbers to the mixing bowl, stir again, and serve.
