Fry Chinese Cabbage with Vinegar 醋溜圆白菜

『食材』

白菜300克

盐适量

淀粉5克

干辣椒3个

辣椒酱半勺

香油适量

酱油5克

糖1勺

植物油10克

醋5克

 

『做法』

1、将圆白菜切丝,加盐拌匀。

2、糖、醋、酱油、淀粉加水调汁。

3、锅中放油、干辣椒,以120度/1分钟/速度1爆香。

4、主锅中放入圆白菜、辣椒酱、调好的酱汁,以120度/6分钟/反转/速度小勺炒熟。

5、出锅淋上香油。

Direction

  1. Shred the cabbage, add salt and mix well.

  3. Put oil and dried chilies in the pot, and saute at 120 degrees/1 minute/speed 1.
  4. Put cabbage, chili sauce, and adjusted sauce in the mixing bowl, and fry at 120 degrees/6 minutes/reverse/speed small spoon.
  5. Sprinkle sesame oil over the pan.
