『做法』
1、将圆白菜切丝,加盐拌匀。
2、糖、醋、酱油、淀粉加水调汁。
3、锅中放油、干辣椒,以120度/1分钟/速度1爆香。
4、主锅中放入圆白菜、辣椒酱、调好的酱汁,以120度/6分钟/反转/速度小勺炒熟。
5、出锅淋上香油。
